What Happens After You Purchase
Once your payment is confirmed, our automated provisioning system creates your dedicated AI agent instance. This typically takes 3–5 minutes. You will receive an email at the address on your account with:
- Your agent dashboard URL
- Your gateway authentication token
- Login credentials for your private instance
Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email within 10 minutes. If it still has not arrived, contact support@openclaw.ai.
Accessing Your Agent
- Open the dashboard URL from your welcome email. Bookmark it — this is your control centre.
- Log in with the credentials provided in the email.
- You can also view your agent details any time from My Account → My AI Agents.
First Steps

Open your dashboard Familiarise yourself with the sidebar navigation: Messages, Skills, Routines, Settings. |

Pair a messaging channel Connect WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, or another supported channel so your agent can send and receive messages. Go to Settings → Channels and follow the guided setup. |

Configure your agent’s system prompt Tell the agent who it is, what your business does, and how it should respond. Go to Settings → Agent and write a clear system prompt. |

Send a test message Open your connected channel and send a message. Your agent should reply within a few seconds. If it does not, check that the channel is connected and your credits are not exhausted. |

Add skills and routines Teach your agent new capabilities (skills) and schedule automated tasks (routines) from the dashboard sidebar. |
Managing Your Agent
Visit My Account → My AI Agents to:
- View your agent’s status, dashboard link, and current plan
- Monitor credit usage
- Purchase additional AI credits
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
